About Us
Erika Colbert President and CEO
Erika enlisted with the United States Army Reserve more than 20 years ago followed by the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) while working for her bachelor’s degree.
In 2004, Erika was proud to commission and enter active service on behalf of her country as an Engineer Office with the United States Army and completed a tour in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Erika relied on her engineering knowledge to serve her country as she oversaw maintenance efforts for ten company sections and planned, directed and conducted engineer-support of combat operations while in Iraq.
Erika subsequently joined contractors providing construction services in the New York area and has accumulated 18 years of knowledge and experience in the construction industry. Erika founded Voltran LLC in 2022 to capitalize on this experience and work with partners in improving New York’s infrastructure.
